Refund and Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

  • The received product is incorrect compared to the order.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

2. Conditions for Returns

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Customers must provide proof of purchase (order ID, receipt).

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process the refund within 5-7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or customized are not eligible for return.
